Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), a longtime advocate for reform of the Federal Reserve, is sharply criticizing the Federal Reserve today after Bloomberg news reported that the Federal Reserve secretly committed nearly $8 trillion in support to American and international financial institutions during the 2008 bailout. Kucinich recorded a video for his website before going to the floor of the House of Representatives to call upon Congress to reclaim its Constitution primacy over monetary policy.

What is this article talking about? The Congress has no Constitutional primacy over monetary policy, unless you misconstrue its authority over weights and measures.
“To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures,” Brian, you Maggot.”
Either Newt G. takes Ron Paul as his Vice Prez or its curtains for Newt, as Ron P. will certainly run as an independent. Its time to end the Federal Reserve! No matter the cost.
@Frank, dude you do make a good point. “F” the FED. A private bank cartel. They operate outside the Republic. Makes you wanna go, Hmmmm!
Brian just is a product of the liberal think. Sad but true. I suggest, read the constitution in a new unit of time and do it with a good dictionary. Not a Mirrium Websters. My reasons are supportable. Just think.
Nice to see Kucinich acting like the RINO candidates and jumping on RON PAUL’s coattails.
Kucinich has been talking about the over reaching arm of The Fed for years and years. It is that kind of thinking that ensures there will never be a true change. Not only is that kind of thinking counterproductive, it is just not based in fact.
