Obama Films Campaign Ad In White House, Violating FEC Laws

NRO’s Jim Geraghty raises the question of whether Barack Obama filmed a video for his reelection campaign in the White House, which may possibly be a violation of federal election laws.
In the video, President Obama promotes a “Dinner With Barack” raffle. To participate in the contest you need to donate at least $5 to the president’s re-election campaign and your name will be raffled off to enjoy a dinner with the President, airfare and accommodations included. In a new web video, Obama announced Vice President Joe Biden will also be attending the dinner.
There is one problem, however. This campaign ad was most likely recorded in the White House, which may have violated FEC campaign finance laws.

As far as breaking the law is concerned, Obama fears getting called on his actions, as much as a Great White Shark fears an attack by a flock of Penguins. Besides conservatives, which of the major news networks are going to mention it and what Federal Judge would risk their Bench in a prosecution?
I really believe that if Obama were to commit a crime on national television, such as when Jack Ruby killed Lee Harvey Oswald, NBC,CBS and ABC would find any number of excuses that would clear him of any wrong-doing. Obama is like a “Teflon Don,” one incapable of being touched by the law. If he can produce forged documents openly, without any worry of being exposed, why would he worry about breaking another, “insignificant” Federal law. The only law that can touch this twit, is the law of an election being held every four years, and the way Obama is bringing illegals into the United States, even our votes may not be sufficient to boot this bastard out of office.
HE’S BOMBING ANOTHER COUNTRY (or 5) WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL! That’s a war crim, kids!

Why, oh, why would anyone be shocked that he is violating campaign laws? Derp.
I agree with both Richard and Texas about Obama breaking any laws. I also believe that if he murdered someone right on every televison set that all, including FOX, would find some way to clear him.
Of course it is not just Obama. Bush, the son, did and got the same treatment pertaining to 9/11 and all these invasions around the world as did Clinton with his Monica Wars and openly announcing how proud his administration was to give China our secrets.
As far as a four year election is concerned, of course we had them when the other two were in office, but what is to stop it from not happening now since this guy has taken his law breakings to the next level which even some from Congress on his Democrat side are annoyed at?
