Herman Cain To CBS News: Homosexuality Is ‘A Sin’ And ‘A Choice’

by Mark Joyella, Mediaite

In an interview Wednesday with CBS News, Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain described homosexuality as “a sin” and “a choice.” Appearing on the CBS News web program Washington Unplugged, Cain told CBSNews.com senior political reporter Brian Montopoli “I believe homosexuality is a sin because I’m a Bible-believing Christian, I believe it’s a sin,” he said. “But I know that some people make that choice. That’s their choice.”

Montopoli followed up, asking Cain if he thought gays and lesbians were making “a choice” to be homosexual:

Cain was asked: “So you believe it’s a choice?”
“I believe it is a choice,” he responded.

When are people going to realize that Cain is a shill for the Federal Reserve & doesn’t have a chance of beating Obamao?

The ONLY candidate who can beat Obammy is RON PAUL!!!

A very unfortunate anti-liberty point of view. Disappointing.

    SC,
I really do not see anything in this article he said that is anti-liberty. He says that they are making that choice. How is that anti-liberty?

I think of all the people running, Mr. Cain has the best chance of winning against Obama. First of all nobody can say someone is raciest for not voting for Obama and second of all Cain has wonderful values straight from the Bible. Why do so many people forget that our country was based on the Bible and God. If they are so against what that stands for, they are welcome to move to any of the many countries that don’t welcome God in thier country and many people would probably be willing to help them get there. I know I would.
